I have been hearing a lot about the Keto Diet but have not really looked into it until now. This book fully explains the diet and gives you over 100 recipes to get you started. I loved looking through the delicious recipes but the amount of information on the diet itself is just amazing.
This book really is great for the beginner as well as those who have been on the diet. The food charts and tips and tricks are awesome and easy to read and follow. And the recipes are great or anyone even those who have no interest in the diet at all. The recipes will have you drooling.
